Over the last 20 years in the Information Technology field, Jack has touched almost all pieces of technology that make things happen in server rooms. In his past experiences working for the banking industry and government, he has designed and implemented multi-tier infrastructures that include redundant and high-available development, staging and production environments. Jack has always been the “Yes” person when it comes to customer service. His experience in dealing directly with customers in the Information Technology environment has turned him into a documentation specialist as he is always writing things down. His documentation skills bring complete and improved customer service as an answer to almost everything now in the systems built and managed by him. Jack holds several industry certifications including few from Microsoft & CISCO.
