Navneet has been working in the Information Technology sector for over 20 years. Some of his current and previous experiences include working for State of California, Apple, and Hewlett-Packard. His recent work includes designing, deploying and supporting open source software based cloud environments with capabilities to provide self-service and on-demand virtual data-centers. Navneet has been looked upon as an expert when it comes to virtualization using technologies from VMware, Microsoft, Openstack, Openshift, and RedHat. His other technology experiences include working on highly confidential and publicly sensitive projects for government, where he provided technical expertise to design and deploy web infrastructures that are highly redundant and highly available with a five-nines uptime. Navneet currently holds a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Associate of Science in Mathematics & Physics, and several technology industry certifications including VMWare, Microsoft, RedHat, and ITIL Foundation.
Robert serves on technology advisory boards for Convetit, NextPhase, and AdvancingX. Recently retired, Robert was appointed by California Governor Jerry Brown as Chief, Office of Technology Services at the California Department of Technology in September 2015. With his leadership in a span of over 25 years of State IT service, he has been influential in the area of technology-related decisions and changes across internal and external stakeholders statewide, including state departments, boards, and commissions. Robert was also previously Agency Chief Information Officer and Director of Executive Office/IT Services for the California Department of Food & Agriculture. In his prior roles at California Department of Technology and Franchise Tax Board, he developed a reputation for successful execution of large-scale, complex projects and programs. With a Master of Business Administration from California State University at Sacramento, and Bachelor of Computer Science from California State University at Chico, Rob’s academic achievements are a true fusion of business and technology.
Vitaliy has been in multiple Information Security executive leadership roles including Chief Information Security Officer within public sector agencies involved in Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Medical, Educational, Financial and Industrial complex. He has built cyber security defense and operations capabilities from the ground up for large scale multi-billion business operations and critical infrastructure. Prior to executive leadership he has conducted information security contract engagements in Cyber Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Penetration Testing. Vitaliy’s cyber security certifications include the Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and GIAC Industrial Cyber Security Professional, Exploit Researcher, Malware Analyst, and Network Penetration Tester. He is a graduate of CSU, Sacramento in Government. To help spread information security awareness and education, Vitaliy volunteers to provide cyber security technical and industry advice.

Paul has been a hands on technology leader with over a decade in building agile web applications, marketing systems, search based solutions, and mobile applications. He is technology agnostic with years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, PHP, RoR, .Net. An avid user of search technologies like solr and ElasticSearch in projects to simplify UIs and make more intelligent systems. He is a big time fan of modern web development and big data technologies like hadoop, mongo, couchdb, cloud, Node.js, Vert.x, angular.js. Paul uses his vast experience on knowledge of underlying technology behind popular frameworks to make decisions which are form fitted for each project.
